A feeding plan does not replace or exclude medical treatment or medication. Natural feeding is not medical care.
If your dog has any internal illness or other health problems, you should also consult a veterinarian who is familiar with raw feeding. The best results are achieved through cooperation with a veterinarian.

Ordering
By placing an order, the customer accepts the ordering and delivery terms valid at the time of purchase. Products are usually ordered online via calendly.com or carino-nutrition.fi. An email address is required when placing an order. After the order is placed, an order confirmation/receipt is sent by email, including information about the price, any delivery costs, and the purchased service or product.
After purchase, the customer will also receive an email with details about the purchased service and a link to the upcoming remote meeting.
Prices
All prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and are not responsible for possible errors in product information.
Payment
Payment processing services are provided by Paytrail Oyj (Business ID: 2122839-7) in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions.
Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient on bank statements or card invoices and forwards the payment to the seller. Paytrail Oyj is a licensed payment institution. In case of complaints, please contact the seller of the product or service first.

Products and any delivery costs are paid at the time of ordering. The online store accepts the most common bank cards and online banking payment methods. Prices follow the current price list, including 25.5% VAT, which is available on our website.
Some services are priced based on a quotation; prices may vary depending on the scope and duration of the service.
Responsibility
Responsibility for the dog’s wellbeing always lies with the owner — regardless of diet, breed, or breeder. As with following recommendations from a breeder or veterinarian regarding dry food, you are always responsible for monitoring your dog’s health, weight, and growth. If you notice that a diet does not suit your dog, it is your responsibility to change to a more suitable option — whether that means a different dry food, switching to a natural diet, or adjusting the diet content.
Force majeure
Force majeure refers to an unexpected and unforeseeable event that prevents fulfilment of the agreement as planned. Such events may include war, unrest, epidemic, pandemic, natural disaster, government decisions, or similar circumstances.
In cases of illness, major power outages, or technical issues, we aim to provide the service at a later time or in an alternative way.
Other terms
We reserve the right to change our delivery terms. The customer must always review the applicable terms before placing an order.
If a dispute regarding the purchase agreement cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, the consumer may refer the matter to the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).
Before submitting a case to the Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must contact Consumer Advisory Services (www.kuluttajaneuvonta.fi).
