Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment by email tojanica@carino-nutrition.fi.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Carino Nutrition Oy of your decision to cancel the agreement. You have the right to cancel a new agreement within 14 days of entering into it, without giving any reason.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires. Your message must clearly state your decision to withdraw from the agreement. You may also use the withdrawal form available on our website, but this is not required.

Payments will be refunded within 14 days of us receiving your notice of withdrawal.

If you have requested that the service begins before the end of the withdrawal period, you must pay a reasonable fee for the work completed up to the point when you notify us of your withdrawal.

If the appointment is cancelled before the first session, no later than 24 hours before the meeting start time (by email and no later than 12:00 noon), the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

Please note that consultation sessions or calls that have already taken place are non-refundable. If you have any questions or if anything is unclear after the consultation, please contact us.

If a customer is not satisfied with the service received, they must first contact Carino Nutrition by email. The service provider will then be given the opportunity to correct the issue. Once a service package has started, the service provider has the right to retain 50% of the remaining package price.
